I helped my client buy and sell this property, which comprises a 4100 sq ft home on an award-winning, landscaped acre. Due to her taxing career, I took responsibility for the following:
• Interior/exterior painting, new carpet installation, fence and fountain repairs, koi pond and bamboo "forest" cleanout, and driveway refinishing.
• Plus, vendor selection, material purchases, inspections and repairs, managing trades with final quality check and payment, and providing my client a complete accounting with invoices.
• And, deep house cleaning, staging, maintaining the house, fountain, koi pond, and flora after my client moved.
Unfortunately, I can only provide this level of service to my South County sellers.
